Our Current Processing Time
1 to 3 days for single orders.
3 to 5 days for group orders.
3 to 7 days for custom orders.
However in the high season this can also be extended without notice. We can usually accommodate expedited orders for an additional fee, please inquire on our times.
Shipping
We mostly ship via USPS. Standard shipping usually takes 2 to 5 days with USPS.
Please inquire for the cost of shipping outside the US. We are not responsible for any additional customs charges that may be added upon entrance to your country. We do our best to get it to you as quickly as possible, however it generally takes 7-14 days unless expedited shipping is requested.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order.
Once a package is marked delivered by the post office, there is nothing we can do. We purchase tracking for every package so that the customer and we know when a package has been delivered.
Cacellation, Refunds and Exchanges
Cancellations will only be accepted if the order has not been started. Once the order has been started, only the shipping costs may be refunded via the original payment method.
Due to the fact that each and every item is made to order, there will be no refunds or exchanges. If a mistake was made on our side, we work with the customer to get the correct replacement ASAP.
